Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mail boxes and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward e-mails from one e-mail account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mail accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
